Online Gift Card Terms & Conditions

  1. Redemption
    • This gift card can be redeemed only for purchases made on Ontime online store an in-store.
    • The gift card value will be applied to the total order amount at checkout.
  2. Validity
    • Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
    • Any remaining balance after the expiry date will be forfeited.
  3. Non-Refundable
    • Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or transferred for monetary value.
  4. Partial Use
    • If the purchase amount is less than the gift card balance, the remaining balance will remain available until the expiry date.
    • If the purchase amount exceeds the gift card balance, the difference must be paid using another accepted payment method.
  5. Promotions & Discounts
    • Gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards unless permitted by law.
  6. Returns & Refunds
    • Products purchased using a gift card and subsequently returned will be refunded in accordance with our Returns Policy.
    • Refunds may be issued as store credit or returned to the original gift card balance.
  7. Fraud Prevention
    • We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or hold gift card transactions where fraud, misuse, or suspicious activity is suspected.
  8. Balance Inquiry
    • Customers may check their gift card balance through their account or by contacting customer service.
  9. General
    • Use of the gift card constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
    • We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice were permitted by applicable law.
